Dr. Javier Rivera De la Rosa graduated with a BS in Chemical Engineering (1995) and M. Sc. in Engineering of Materials (1998) from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León (UANL) Mexico, and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering (2003) from Politecnico di Torino, Italy. Dr. Rivera has worked at UANL since 2004 in the field of catalysis. Currently. Dr. Rivera is focused on the catalytic conversion of molecules derived from biomass into high-value products.
